Job summary

Massage Heights in Los Angeles is seeking an Assistant Retreat Director to support the Spa Director in operating retreats, selling memberships, and developing staff. You will drive revenue, manage inventory, and ensure brand systems are followed daily, with a focus on exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in leadership and membership sales, strong sales skills, and a passion for coaching teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales, membership and/or retail management experience.
• Self-starter mentality with leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolutions.
• Working knowledge of computers and standard software.
• Must be detail oriented; basic business math skills.
• Nice to have: booking or reservations POS software systems.

Responsibilities

• Selling memberships and training all staff.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, developing and retaining employees.
• Facilitate front desk associate training with coaching and role-play.
• Manage team member schedules to ensure daily operations.
• Collaborate with the Spa Manager to set team and retreat goals.
• Create a positive environment focused on great guest experience.
• Build guest loyalty by following Massage Heights operating system.
• Lead with 3+ years of team leadership and membership sales.
