Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales and retail management experience.
• Experience managing hourly teams and leading people.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• People-first mindset with exceptional guest service instincts.
• Solid computer skills and comfort with standard software.
• Bonus points for industry experience.
• Talent for training, coaching, and navigating tough moments with confidence.
