Job summary

My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Retail Store Manager in coaching a team delivering top customer experiences with AT&T products and services. The role emphasizes leadership, sales execution, staffing, and store appearance in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will help train team members, participate in marketing efforts, and ensure customer satisfaction while driving performance and growth across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a retail or wireless environment.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is required.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operational standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual preferred depending on location.

Responsibilities
