Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to join its retail team in Fort Worth. You will assist the Store Manager in coaching and leading the team to deliver outstanding customer service and AT&T solutions.

You will help manage daily operations, staff scheduling, inventory, and store appearance while meeting performance goals and AT&T standards. Training and growth opportunities are offered with an uncapped commission program.

Qualifications

• Management experience in retail or a similar field is required.
• Experience in a customer-facing sales environment is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; attention to detail.
• Bilingual is preferred but may not be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist in development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train and develop skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when opportunity presents itself.
• Maintain a fun, clean, and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
• Work as a team to exceed person and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities each day.
