My Wireless is hiring for an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Dallas, TX. The role supports the Store Manager in coaching staff and delivering excellent customer experiences with AT&T products and services.

Responsibilities include meeting sales and operational goals, staff development, and maintaining store standards. The position offers uncapped commissions, benefits, and ongoing training to advance within the My Wireless network.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a retail environment.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train and develop skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when opportunity presents itself.
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
• Work as a team to exceed goals and participate in marketing activities.
