My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to join its team in Round Rock, TX. You will support and coach the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and technology solutions from AT&T products.

The role offers strong base pay with commission, ongoing training, growth opportunities, benefits, and a fast-paced environment focused on sales excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a retail or customer-facing team.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operating standards and coach others.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Preferred bilingual ability; relevant degree may be considered.
• Experience in telecommunications retail is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist in development, training, and management of team members.

• Work as a team to exceed goals.
