My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Garland, TX to support the Store Manager with coaching and leading the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and AT&T solutions. The role offers strong base pay plus commission and bonuses, with ongoing training and clear paths to location management.

Ideal candidates have prior management and retail/sales experience, flexible hours, and proven ability to meet performance standards.

Qualifications

• Must have management experience in retail or a similar field.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operating standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual abilities are preferred depending on location.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operations initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members.
• Helping customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Training and developing your skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when the opportunity presents itself.
