Job summary

My Wireless is hiring an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Store Manager in coaching a team and delivering exceptional customer experiences with AT&T products and services. You will participate in sales initiatives, drive performance, and help manage staffing, inventory, and store appearance.

The role demands strong communication, leadership, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, with opportunities for advancement and uncapped commission programs.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field, preferably wireless.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members.
• Helping customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train and develop your skills to become a top retailer when opportunities present themselves.
• Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
• Work as a team member so you and the team exceed goals.
