Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Demonstrates high ethical standards; respectful interactions.
• Maintains composure under pressure and manages conflicts.
• Strong focus on food quality, safety, and restaurant cleanliness.
• Ability to lift 10–50 lbs and stand for most of the shift.
• Must be able to drive with valid license and proof of insurance.
