Job summary

SUBWAY in Davis, WV is seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise daily restaurant operations, ensure food safety, maintain cleanliness, manage inventory, and deliver exceptional customer service.

The role reports to the General Manager and includes staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and handling related paperwork. A high school diploma and supervisory restaurant experience are preferred, with strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Restaurant operations experience, with supervisory exposure preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels of staff.
• Computer knowledge is desirable.
