Job summary

Subway Store Manager position in Davis, WV is responsible for optimizing store profitability and delivering outstanding customer service. You will lead and train Sandwich Artists, shift managers, and assistants, while ensuring compliance with Subway standards.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and implementing local marketing efforts. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on coaching, and the ability to drive sales growth in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to manage labor budgets and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Optimize store sales and net profit.
• Lead training and development of staff including Sandwich Artist, shift managers and assistant managers.
• Prepare rosters in line with budgeted labor hours and coach employees.
• Manage cash handling, invoicing, stock, and daily banking.
• Maintain store cleanliness, presentation and safety compliance.
• Implement Local Store Marketing plans and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
