Zusammenfassung

SUBWAY Morgantown is seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise daily operations, ensure food safety, maintain cleanliness, and manage inventory. You will schedule staff, uphold safety standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.

The role reports to the General Manager and requires restaurant experience, supervisory skills, and strong communication. Training will cover Subway standards and POS operations; the position offers part-time and full-time options and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in restaurant operations with supervisory responsibilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to operate POS systems and basic computer tasks is required.
• Physical ability to lift 10–30 pounds and stand for long periods is needed.

Aufgaben

• Trains newer or less experienced staff in their tasks and responsibilities.
• Understands and adheres to all quality standards and procedures per Subway Operations Manual.
• Maintains professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Performs light paperwork duties as assigned.
• Supervises food preparation to ensure safety and operations standards are met.
• Coordinates and supervises staff to maintain cleanliness per Subway standards.
• Manages a staff of approximately 4 to 12; assigns, oversees and evaluates work.
• Assists with planning of events and promotions.
• Completes Subway University courses as directed.
