Job summary

Subway is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and guest experience. You will supervise a team of 4–12, assist in events and promotions, and help manage orders and inventory while ensuring safety and cleanliness. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

This is a full-time role with day/evening/weekend shifts; compensation to be discussed at interview. Training will be provided to support team success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in restaurant operations, preferably with supervisory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent Guest experience and handle daily operations.
• Supervise 4–12 staff, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
• Assist in planning events/promotions and training for events.
• Assist with food ordering and inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security standards.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth shift transitions.
