Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train newer or less experienced staff.
• Adhere to quality standards and procedures from Operations Manual.
• Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Perform light paperwork duties as assigned.
• Supervise food preparation to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Oversee cleanliness and sanitation per Operations Manual.
• Manage a staff of 4–12, assign and evaluate work, and assist with payroll and inventory as needed.
• Assist planning of events and promotions.
