Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be available for early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays; minimum 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old; valid driver's license and vehicle insurance; high school diploma or equivalent.
