Border Foods, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee restaurant operations and lead a strong team. You will drive fast, friendly service and a great guest experience while enforcing core values of accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork, and empowerment.

The role requires 50 hours/week, ServeSafe certification, and a proven record in hiring and training. Competitive pay with benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays; schedule demands may change.
• This non-exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
