Job summary

Dunkin' - Cafua Management Company is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in the United States. The role assists in developing crew and shift leaders while supporting the Restaurant Manager in delivering great guest experiences and profitable top-line sales.

The position focuses on training, scheduling, cost control, safety, and brand standards, with a clear emphasis on driving sales and maintaining a guest-first culture across 200+ locations. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for 6+ hours at a time.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees, maintain staffing levels for projected sales.
• Communicate job expectations to employees and ensure training is completed per guidelines.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance; address concerns promptly.
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with laws.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed including Red Book responsibilities.
• Help prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards.
• Review guest feedback and restaurant assessment results and implement action plans to drive improvements.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Adhere to security and cash handling procedures.
• Demonstrate competency in weekly inventory process and analysis.
• Demonstrate competency in writing effective crew schedules and monitoring labor daily.
• Execute new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling.
• Drive sales goals and track results.
