Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead the team and support the Restaurant Manager in developing Crew and Shift Leaders. The role focuses on delivering great guest experiences, maintaining brand standards, and driving profitability.

Responsibilities include supervising team behavior, ensuring safety and sanitation, controlling costs, and supporting in-restaurant marketing and new product rollouts.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and able to communicate clearly.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.
• Basic computer skills to handle standard software.
• Strong writing ability for shift notes and reports.
• Age 18 or older where legally required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in math and basic financial management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in communicating job expectations to employees and hold them accountable.
• Support the Store/Restaurant Manager in daily operations and team development.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture and ensure safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
