Job summary

Dunkin' - Cafua Management Company in Concord, NH is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in developing a capable team, delivering great guest experiences, and driving profitable top-line sales. You will help develop Crew and Shift Leaders and fulfill accountabilities assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

The role emphasizes recruiting and training, maintaining brand standards, managing schedules and labor, and executing new product rollouts to drive guest

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Able to count money and make change.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Stand for 6+ hours at a time.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees, maintain staffing levels.
• Communicate job expectations to employees and ensure training is completed per guidelines.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance, addressing concerns promptly.
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with laws.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed including Red Book responsibilities.
• Help prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards.
• Review guest feedback and restaurant assessment results and implement action plans to drive improvements.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Adhere to security and cash handling procedures.
• Demonstrate competency in weekly inventory process and analysis.
• Demonstrate competency in writing effective crew schedules and monitoring labor performance daily.
• Execute new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling.
• Drive sales goals and track results.
