BURGER KING is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee restaurant operations during their shift, ensuring guest service, profitability, and adherence to brand standards.

You will support the management team in staffing, training, and financial performance while assisting in GM duties as needed. The role requires leadership, reliability, and a commitment to safety and quality across all areas.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• English communication required; Spanish helpful.
• Previous fast food management experience required.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage performance metrics and management systems.
• Technical proficiency in food preparation, production, and delivery; strong food safety knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee shift operations and guest service to ensure smooth store performance.
• Support Management Team in staff management and daily financials with cost controls.
• Train, supervise, and develop Team Members and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Maintain brand standards in service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Handle cash procedures, scheduling, and inventory coordination as needed.
• Assist in decision-making and execute GM duties during shifts.
