Job summary

Rackson is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee all restaurant activities during their shift, ensuring smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company standards. You will support the Management Team with staff management, financial performance, and policy execution while assisting in GM duties as needed.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, English communication skills, and knowledge of food safety.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Strong English; Spanish comprehension helpful.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage performance metrics, product specifications, and management systems.
• Proficient in food preparation, production, and delivery; knowledge of food handling/safety procedures.
• Strong leadership; able to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to help and serve others.
• Ability to treat others with respect and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant activities during shift to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the Management Team in staff management and financial performance.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards for service, food quality, and safety.
• Lead and train Team Members; develop talent for future roles.
• Assist in executing limited GM duties as needed.
• Manage staffing, inventory, and cost control following company guidelines.
• Identify trends and implement improvement plans for long-term sales growth.
