Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant.
• Experience running a shift, scheduling, performance management, and day-to-day operations.
• Experience with hospitality and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain AAA Five Diamond and brand service standards across outlets.
• Lead service team and uphold established standards during shifts.
• Coach and develop staff to maintain a high-performing, guest-focused culture.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to support cross-functional guest experiences.
• Ensure timely resolution of guest concerns and service recovery when needed.
