• Assist with scheduling, staffing, training, and performance management.
• Maintain high standards for service, food quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Be visible on the floor and hands-on in operations.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Monitor opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Culinary and other Resort departments to ensure smooth service.
• Help manage revenue, labor, and operating costs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations.
