Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in math, writing, and basic computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college a plus.
• Knowledge of financial management and P&L basics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing employees.
