Buffalo Wild Wings in King of Prussia, PA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead shifts, managers and front‑of‑house teams while partnering with the General Manager to drive top performance and guest engagement.

You’ll focus on guest satisfaction, coach and develop a high‑performing team, and ensure operations meet safety, sanitation and service standards. This role offers growth within the brand and a path to broader restaurant leadership.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and alcohol service.
• Ability to manage and develop teams and drive training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• As an Assistant General Manager, you will manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• In partnership with the General Manager, you’ll help ensure that your restaurant is at the top of its game.
• You will also focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
