Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. in Wilkes-Barre, PA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager. Focus on guest engagement and operating excellence to deliver legendary experiences.

You’ll drive training, development, and daily performance, ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety standards, while championing a high-energy, guest-first culture.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager.
• Help ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game and focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
