Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a team of Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. In partnership with the General Manager, you will drive performance and guest experiences to a high standard.

You will focus on guest metrics, staff development, and training to ensure operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others and to train and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at a top level of performance.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement to create Legendary Experiences.
