Chuck E. Cheese is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy team in a beloved family entertainment restaurant. You will oversee scheduling, training, and development to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and coordinating across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom areas. Previous management in food service is preferred; 21+ may be required by local laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of people management experience, preferably in food service.
• Age 21+ may be required by local laws for alcohol-related duties.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Build sales by recruiting, training, developing and motivating staff to meet goals.
• Coach the team to deliver outstanding guest service in a safe, clean environment.
• Manage Area of Impact (AOI) across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom and Gameroom.
