Job summary

Chuck E. Cheese is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy team and ensure every guest leaves happy. You’ll handle scheduling, training, and guest service while driving sales and controlling costs in a dynamic family entertainment environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of people management experience, preferably in food service, with a 40-hour work week and in-person operation at our Virginia location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of people management experience, preferably in food service.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and meet age requirements.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating the team.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and a safe, clean, run environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an AOI and rotate across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, Gameroom.
