Job summary

• Support opening and closing procedures and ensure processes are followed.
• Help recruit, train, and onboard new team members with ongoing coaching.
• Supervise staff during shifts and foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Conduct performance discussions to support employee growth and development.
• Deliver high guest satisfaction by monitoring food quality and service.
• Address customer concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly.
