You will assist the General Manager, recruit and train staff, monitor food quality and service, manage costs and inventory, and ensure health and safety standards are met while supporting local promotions and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of leadership experience in restaurant or food service.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations.
• Recruit, train and onboard new team members; provide coaching.
• Monitor food quality, service and guest experience; resolve issues.
• Support cost control, inventory and labor management to maximize profitability.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation standards are followed.
• Contribute to local marketing and promotions to drive traffic.
• Maintain clear communication with the General Manager and staff.
