Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, lead a strong team, and deliver an excellent guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist the General Manager with open and close procedures, recruiting and training, coaching staff, managing costs and inventory, and ensuring health and sanitation standards are met while driving community engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to three years of leadership experience in restaurant or food service.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Experience with cost control budgeting and inventory management.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and lead a strong team to deliver an excellent guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist General Manager with opening and closing procedures, ensuring processes are followed consistently.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members; provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Supervise staff during shifts; delegate tasks and maintain a positive work environment.
• Monitor food quality, service, and guest experience; address customer concerns professionally.
• Help manage expenses, labor, and inventory to support profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
