Job summary

LV Petroleum is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a Sbarro restaurant in Judsonia, AR, partnering with the General Manager to oversee daily operations from open to close and deliver outstanding guest experiences. This hands-on leadership role requires a calm, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.

You will train and develop the team, assist with recruiting and retention, manage scheduling and payroll, control costs, and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of leadership experience in restaurant or food service.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of cost control, scheduling and daily operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds; flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations from open to close, ensuring food quality and a clean, safe, welcoming environment.
• Lead, train and develop team members while supporting recruiting and retention of top talent.
• Ensure guests have a positive experience by maintaining high service standards and resolving concerns professionally.
