7-Eleven is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will work with the Restaurant Leader to supervise restaurant staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain strict quality and safety standards. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader for all restaurant employees.
• Oversee restaurant conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Ensure proper preparation, presentation and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure daily operations comply with health and safety standards.
• Monitor food quality and presentation across shifts.
• Utilize store reports to drive improvements and profitability.
• Coordinate with the Restaurant Leader on staffing and execution.
