Qualifications

• Minimum supervision experience in a restaurant management or leadership role.
• Proven ability to train and coach staff to deliver great customer service.
• Experience using P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the team.
• Provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards.
