Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in event management, food and beverage, or related professional area.

Aufgaben

• Attends pre-event meetings to understand group needs.
• Establishes meeting room set standards and VIP room sets.
• Conducts function room inspections to ensure correct setup.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in all event areas.
• Acts as liaison between Banquets, Event Planning, Event Tech and the group contact.
• Projects supply needs for the department (pads, pens, water, etc).
• Coordinates routine maintenance to ensure quality meeting facilities.
• Solves problems or suggests alternatives to arrangements as needed.
• Attends and participates in pertinent meetings and events.
• Assists in leading shifts and servicing events.
• Ensures rooms are set per event docs and customer requirements.
