Wonder is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations within the Princeton, TX area. You will help lead a fast-paced team, uphold safety standards, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires 2+ years of supervision, strong communication, and open availability including nights and weekends. This bench position offers opportunities to rotate across stores within a designated region.

Qualifications

• At least two years of restaurant supervision or management experience.
• Experience managing 15+ team members.
• Ability to lead in fast-paced environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proven professionalism and adherence to policies.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
• Food Manager Certificate as required by local health departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in developing, engaging, inspiring, and motivating staff.
• Recruit and train top talent for the restaurant.
• Aid General Manager in achieving operational goals and budget targets.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication regarding team achievements, priorities, protocols, and operational changes.
• Demonstrate effective floor management by optimizing staff deployment for maximum efficiency.
• Drive restaurant sales and service efficiency by resolving operational obstacles.
• Supervise inventory and food safety protocols to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Commit to ongoing training and development in both kitchen and dining room operations to uphold standards and guidelines.
• Ensure all team members deliver excellent customer service.
