Job summary

So Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations across our growing brand in multiple locations. You will lead guest satisfaction, staff training, scheduling, and adherence to brand standards while delivering high-quality service.

You will manage POS transactions, maintain safety and sanitation, collaborate with the General Manager on cost controls, and support local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Approved state alcohol training required
• Good people management skills, communication and listening skills
• Must be flexible
• Adaptable to approved food handling training required by local laws
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
• Internally motivated and detail oriented with a passion for teaching others
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays

• Ensures restaurant operates efficiently within guidelines

• Ensures operations meet company standards including health inspections and site evaluations
• Ensure all menu items are prepared per recipe and presented consistently
• Maintain knowledge of recipes and production procedures
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
