Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must possess proper food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Satisfactory criminal history.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Daily Operations: supervise restaurant activities, staff, kitchen coordination, guest satisfaction.
• Customer Service: ensure a positive dining experience and address guest needs.
• Staff Management: hire, train, schedule, supervise staff and foster a positive work environment.
• Inventory and Budget Management: manage inventory, cost control, budget for food, labor, and expenses.
• Compliance and Safety: adhere to health, safety and sanitation regulations, licenses and certifications.
• Quality Control: monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
• Financial Management: oversee revenue, analyze sales, and report financials.
• Marketing and Promotion: collaborate with marketing on promotions and loyalty programs.
