Job summary

The Italian Daughter is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Scottsdale to support daily operations, maintain service standards, and drive guest satisfaction. You will open the restaurant, manage scheduling and private events, and assist with inventory and ordering while leading on the GM two nights off.

Ideal candidates bring at least three years of restaurant experience, strong leadership, and excellent people skills with a proactive problem-solving approach to a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative tasks: invoicing, scheduling, private events, and assist the manager with daily operations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Open the restaurant and perform opening manager duties.
• Cover 3 closing shifts.
• Assist in inventory and ordering.
• Lead GM two nights off and oversee opening/closing routines.
• Organize and run the OpenTable system.
• Provide floor service and ensure diners have a superior experience.

Job details:

• Administrative work, ie. invoice processing, assisting with scheduling, private events, and assisting the manager with all aspects of the daily operations.
• Assisting in maintaining our high standards of customer service.
• Opening the restaurant + fulfilling the opening manager duties, ensuring the restaurant is ready for service.
• 3 Closing shifts.
• Assist in inventory + ordering.
• Lead manager on the GM two nights off.
• Organize and run the Open Table system.
• Work service on the floor ensuring excellent customer service to diners.
• This job requires strong people skills and the ability to problem solve.
• You must have strong leadership skills and MUST have 3 years of restaurant experience.
