Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and lead a strong team in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist the General Manager, recruit and train staff, monitor food quality and guest satisfaction, and help manage costs, inventory and promotions to drive profitability while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Support opening and closing procedures and ensure all processes are followed consistently.
• Recruit, train and onboard new team members while providing ongoing coaching and support; supervise staff during shifts and delegate tasks effectively.
• Contribute to delivering high guest satisfaction by monitoring food quality, service and overall guest experience and resolving issues professionally.
• Help manage expenses, labor, and inventory to support restaurant profitability.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation standards are met and equipment and facilities operate properly.
• Support local marketing and promotional efforts to drive traffic and sales and engage with the community.

• You will support local marketing and promotional efforts to drive traffic and increase sales You will help execute campaigns communicate promotions to guests and contribute to building strong community engagement
• You will maintain clear communication with the General Manager and team members by providing updates on operations staff performance and overall business needs while helping identify opportunities for improvement

What We Are Looking For
