Position Title: Front of House Restaurant Manager/Assistant GM

Job Description: As the Front of House Restaurant Manager/Assistant General Manager, your responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of our upscale dining establishment. This includes managing and training front-of-house staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a positive work environment, creating and executing weekly schedules, managing inventory and supplies, handling customer complaints, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and quality dishes. You will also help develop new policies and procedures and work with the owner to curate our beverage program. Your main goal is to ensure a seamless and exceptional dining experience for all guests.
