Dunkin' in Berkeley Township, New Jersey is seeking an Assistant Manager to help drive guest satisfaction, product quality and team performance in a busy, brand-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year assistant management experience in a QSR (quick-service restaurant) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• SERV Safe Certified.
