What You’ll Do:

As a Dunkin' Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Assisting with guest satisfaction, product quality, financial performance, and team development.
• Focusing on providing an exceptional guest experience and a positive working environment for the team.
• Leading in a fun, fast-paced environment while adhering to brand standards and maintaining a clean, organized restaurant.
• Managing restaurant cost, inventory, and shift operations.
• Motivating, leading, and developing your team.
• Effectively training others on all aspects of the restaurant’s operations.
• Helping your team provide a great experience by delivering legendary hospitality and great beverages and food in a clean restaurant.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 year of assistant management experience (QSR experience a plus!).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• A hands‑on, can‑do attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• SERV Safe Certified.
