What You’ll Do

As a Dunkin' Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Assisting with guest satisfaction, product quality, financial performance and team development
• Providing an exceptional guest experience and a positive working environment for the team
• Leading in a fun, fast-paced environment while adhering to brand standards and maintaining a clean, organized restaurant
• Managing costs, inventory, and shifts as a results-driven leader
• Motivating, leading and developing the team
• Training others on all aspects of the restaurant’s operations
• Delivering legendary hospitality, great beverages and food products in a clean restaurant

What We’re Looking For

• 1 year assistant management experience (QSR experience a plus)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• SERV Safe Certified
