Lufrankton Management, a Dunkin' franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager in New Jersey. You’ll lead a fast-paced team, focus on guest satisfaction, product quality and financial performance. You’ll drive a positive work environment, train staff, and ensure adherence to standards while managing costs and inventories.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, flexibility including weekends, and delivering excellent beverages and food in a clean, welcoming restaurant.

Qualifications

• 1 year assistant management experience in a QSR is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on attitude with a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with guest satisfaction, product quality, financial performance and team development.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience and a positive working environment for the team.
• Lead in a fast-paced setting while maintaining brand standards and a clean restaurant.
• Oversee cost, inventory and shift management as a leader.

As a Dunkin' Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Assisting with guest satisfaction, product quality, financial performance and team development
• Someone who focuses on providing an exceptional guest experience and a positive working environment for their team
• A leader who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment while adhering to brand standards and maintaining a clean, organized restaurant
• A result-driven leader who has restaurant experience in: cost, inventory, and shift management
• Someone who loves to motivate, lead and develop their team
• The ability to effectively train others on all aspects of the restaurant's operations
• Help your team provide a great experience by delivering legendary hospitality, great beverages and food products in a clean restaurant.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 year assistant management experience (QSR experience a plus!)
