Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking an Assistant Manager in Holmdel, NJ to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and develop the team. You’ll partner with the crew to uphold brand standards, manage costs and inventory, and ensure a clean, welcoming restaurant. Previous QSR leadership and a passion for service are essential.

• Assisting with guest satisfaction, product quality, financial performance and team development

• A result-driven leader who has restaurant experience in: cost, inventory, and shift management

• Help your team provide a great experience by delivering legendary hospitality, great beverages and food products in a clean restaurant.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 year assistant management experience (QSR experience a plus!)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A hands‑on, can‑do attitude with a passion for customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• SERV Safe Certified
