Dunkin’ in New Jersey is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, coach team members, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

You’ll focus on quality, cost control, inventory, and scheduling in a fast-paced, friendly environment, creating a positive experience for both customers and staff.

Qualifications

• 1 year assistant management experience (QSR experience a plus!)
• SERV Safe Certified
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
