Dunkin’ Donuts Franchise is seeking a restaurant leader to assist with guest satisfaction, product quality, and team development at our Pennsylvania location. You will help drive financial performance, manage inventory and shifts, and foster a positive, fast-paced environment that aligns with brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year assistant management experience (QSR experience a plus)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• SERV Safe Certified
