Dunkin' is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, product quality, and team development while upholding brand standards and keeping the dining area clean and welcoming.

• Assisting with guest satisfaction, product quality, financial performance and team development

• A result-driven leader who has restaurant experience in: cost, inventory, and shift management

• The ability to effectively train others on all aspects of the restaurant's operations
• Help your team provide a great experience by delivering legendary hospitality, great beverages and food products in a clean restaurant.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 year assistant management experience (QSR experience a plus!)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A hands‑on, can‑do attitude with a passion for customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• SERV Safe Certified
